Service Description
INTERMEDIATE Sculpt x Burn is a dynamic, low-impact strength class that blends elements of Pilates, barre, and strength training for a full-body workout that builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves mobility. Using light weights, resistance bands, gliders, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll move through high-energy, controlled sequences designed to challenge your core, legs, arms, and balance. Expect a steady burn, mindful movement, and an energizing flow that leaves you feeling strong and sweaty! All levels welcome.

Cancellation Policy
All Pilates & fusion classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time, as many of our classes utilize a variety of props and props are limited. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. *Policy varies for classes prior to 7a.
