
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Class Levels
Relaxation - No experience required. This class is designed to calm the mind and body - and to let go of any physical or mental stressors. Relax and unwind!
Gentle - No experience required. Students will move slowly and mindfully from pose to pose and class will be effective in supporting those with minor mobility limitations or in recovery from injuries. Teachers will gently increase the level of difficulty if the energy in the room calls for it! Detailed cuing and prop support provided.
Slow Flow - No experience required. Slow Flow is a slower pace class, moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. While this class may move at a slower pace, you will still experience strengthening and may feel challenged.
Beginner - No experience required, but also suitable for practicing yogis looking to bring it back to the basics. More detailed instruction will be provided with a focus on alignment and proper posture.
Open Levels - A great place to begin to grow your practice, but suitable for all levels. While more challenging poses may be offered, modifications will be offered to make all practitioners feel at home. You may ALWAYS make the practice your own by taking an alternate pose that suits your body.
Intermediate - Experience recommended. Classes may offer more challenging poses, longer holders and/or faster sequences that do not allow for extensive cuing.

This upbeat, easy to moderate paced Vinyasa class is designed with postures to build core strength, to encourage stability and flexibility through proper alignment, and to fill the body and mind with positive energy while consciously linking movement of the body with the breath. Beginners welcome!
Yin & Restore
Yin & Restorative Fusion - Open Levels - Brielle
In this harmonious fusion of Yin and Restorative Yoga, you will be guided to embark on a journey of inner peace and holistic healing. Ideal for those seeking a serene escape from the demands of daily life and looking to reduce stress and restore balance. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and deeply nourished.

Yin poses target the deep fascia network and the nervous system of our bodies and is effective to mobilize connective tissues, create joint space, and improve circulation. You will be guided to release the grip of muscular and mental tension through passive and longer held postures. We will practice slowing down, and in the process, we will learn to cultivate a mental focus that is both meditative and calming. We will end with Restorative poses that invite us to surrender into support any residual tension. You will be guided to rest your body on luxurious set ups of bolsters, blankets, blocks and pamper your tired eyes with weighted eye pillows. Essential and hands-on-adjustment will also be offered for the ultimate yummy relaxation and peaceful experience.
Morning Espresso
Express Hatha - Open Levels - Brielle
This class is just what you need to reset your day and incorporate mindful movement in your weekly routine. In this 45min class, you will be guided through a sequence that works on your strength and flexibility and won't make you break a sweat so you can get right back to work!

Yoga x Barre Blend
Yoga Fusion - Open Levels - Silverton
This is an energy inducing 60-minute yoga barre workout, Using non-impact dynamic movement to target each muscle group, the arms will be sculpted, the abs flattened, the seat lifted and the legs firmed up. Stretching will then lengthen the muscles. Savasana will still end the class - leaving you feeling renewed and relaxed!
Moonlight Movement
Vinyasa - Intermediate - Brielle
Make your soul sweat! Practice powerful movement and unwind at this intermediate evening vinyasa flow. Practice chaturangas, planks, arm balances, and other fun challenges! Modifications offered to accommodate yogis of all levels.
Mindful Flow

This class is the perfect place for someone looking for an hour’s worth of heart-opening peace, movement, and purposeful stretching. In an accepting, inclusive environment, you will be guided through sequences of static and dynamic postures with modifications always available to accommodate all. Wind down from your busy schedule in this therapeutic yoga class which utilizes props to help you ease into postures and surrender to the poses. When the body is fully supported, you experience a deeper sense of relaxation --- a state in which there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. Divine Strength

In this flow style class, varying levels of students will feel at home. While a basic knowledge of yoga is recommended, step-by-step cuing will be offered for yogis beginning their journey. Featuring creative sequences and opportunities to take your practice to the next level (as you desire!), this class will get the prana moving through your body and tap into the spiritual center.
Awakened Flow

This unique class is a powerful blend of ancient practices designed to awaken, balance, and elevate your vital energy. Combining the fluid, meditative movements of Qi Gong, the grounding and flexibility of Yoga, and the dynamic energy activation of Kundalini, this class guides you into deeper awareness of your body, breath, and energetic system.

Mellow Moon
Hatha - Gentle - Silverton
This class welcomes all levels of yoga students, ideal for beginners or people getting back into yoga after an injury. Mellow Moon provides a combination of healthy alignment and mindful movement as you tune into the body and aims to broaden the range of capabilities of each yogi through the instruction of asana and pranayama. We will warm up working our way into a slow flow, taking time in poses that range from gentle to more challenging. Savasana will include aromatherapy and occasional hands on treatments (optional), sending you on your way feeling confident and peaceful.
New Moon
Hatha - Beginner - Silverton
This beginner's class will take you back to the fundamentals of yoga in order to build a strong foundation. Focusing on alignment principles and technique in some of your most basic yoga poses, class will move fluidly and mindfully as you explore the body and breath.
Starlight Shanti

Half Moon
Yinyasa (Yin to Vinyasa) - Open Levels - Silverton
A balancing fusion of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). A yin practice passively stretches your connective tissue to promote health of your joints and internal organs and is best if done on a "cold" body. This class will begin with yin to open the body to create flexibility and move prana, through long hold passive poses. Class will conclude with a flow of light, fundamental yoga postures to build strength and warmth while relieving stress and tension by connecting breath with mindful movements.
Align & Flow
Vinyasa - Slow Flow - Silverton​
In this class, you will flow through a series of postures, uniting body, mind, and breath. Moving fluidly with intention, every vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present to the moment. Poses may be held for longer than in other flow style classes.
Flow & Fortune
Vinyasa - Open Levels - Silverton
Practice self-care and self-reflection with this one hour vinyasa flow, including a daily reflection card. Pulling a card a day can help you process your thoughts and emotions by building a visual story. Allow this visual to help you set an intention for your yoga practice and meditate on how you could apply its meaning to your life. All levels welcome.
Magical Movement
Vinyasa - Intermediate - Silverton
A more vigorous vinyasa flow, this class will open and energize the body through a series of postures designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Learn to use the breath to regulate the body and find stability as we challenge ourselves within the self and with the physical body.
Blissful Hips
Hatha - Open Levels - Silverton
Dig deep into the tension in the hips, legs and back, moving you through a gradual build-up to more challenging poses as the class progresses. While this class is slow paced, the challenge resides within the long holds and the deep release we seek to achieve as you melt into the self. Allow yourself to release stagnant energy and open the body to its full potential.

The evening version of this class is more restorative in nature, often inviting in the use of supportive props.
Moon Melodies - Yin & Restorative with Sound

This is your invitation to slow down and show yourself a little extra love. The practice of yin, coupled with the healing tones of Crystal singing bowls, will nourish, balance, & restore you through slow meditative movements, energetic frequencies, & longer holds. We invite our body to find its edge of resistance and soften welcoming a counterbalance to the pace of our day to day lives. Classical x Contemporary
Pilates - Open Levels - Silverton
This mat class will concentrate on all the small muscle groups in your body by employing controlled breathing during body weight resisted movements to build core strength. It is the perfect blend of Joseph Pilates classical poses and contemporary postures, enhanced by Pilates props such as a magic circle, light weights, resistance bands, and fitness balls. Strengthen the deep muscles of the trunk, stabilize the spine, and find a more balanced body.

Are you ready for a reset? Join us for a 60-minute vinyasa fusion, energizing flow! Using body weight or light-weights (optional) to ignite that internal fire and keep you flowing through the week. We’ll get our mid-week Yoga work-in fired up, while we practice a little workout.
