This fun, fast-paced class takes you through a series of strength, core, and cardio designed to power you into the holiday with energy. Expect a playful theme, a great burn, and plenty to feel grateful for. Let’s SLEIGH!

Cancellation Policy

All classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. No shows also result in the loss of a session.
