Sunrise Sound Bowls & Morning Twilight Flow

SPECIAL DETAILS: Sunrise in July remains early, at 5:51am. For this experience, we will be offering sound bowls at sunrise and then our typical 90-minute experience will follow. If you wish to join us promptly at 6:10a for yoga followed by sound bowls, you are welcome to arrive at this time. We will take a brief break between sunrise sound bowls and our yoga flow. Please note that the sun will already be up by 6:10am. Pricing is the same, however, if you intend to join us at 5:30am we kindly request that you purchase a "Sunrise Ticket" so that we know we can expect guests at this time. Thank you!
