Service Description
Intermediate (modifications offered!) This class blends the core-focused control of Pilates with the sculpting intensity of barre while using the Fuse Ladder’s rungs, springs, roll down bar, push through bar, and backboard to challenge balance, control, and mobility. To further amplify your practice, we incorporate a variety of Pilates props such as stability balls, small weights, rings, and resistance loops. Expect precise, low-impact movements with a sculpting burn. Fans of Pilates tower, springboard, barre, and reformer will love this class!

Cancellation Policy
All Pilates & fusion classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time, as many of our classes utilize a variety of props and props are limited. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. *Policy varies for classes prior to 7a.
