OPEN LEVELS A beginner-friendly introduction to Reformer Jumpboard designed to build confidence, coordination, and control. This low-impact cardio class combines foundational Pilates exercises with rhythmic jumping sequences to elevate the heart rate without stressing the joints. Expect a slower pace, detailed instruction, and a focus on alignment, breath, and core engagement while improving strength, endurance, and stability. Perfect for clients newer to the reformer or anyone looking for an energizing workout rooted in strong Pilates fundamentals.

Cancellation Policy
All classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. No shows also result in the loss of a session.
