Expect athletic jumpboard intervals, fiery core work, and dynamic full-body flows designed to leave you sweaty, sculpted, and seriously energized. We’ll layer in creative combos, challenging props, and rhythm-driven sequences that keep your heart rate up and your muscles shaking. Low-impact but high-energy, this class delivers the perfect mix of strength, stamina, and reformer sass—leaving you feeling powerful, lengthened, and totally lit up from the inside out. *This class is not beginner, injury, or pregnancy friendly.*
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All classes require pre-registration at least 1 hour* prior to the scheduled class time. Cancelations are required 2 hours prior to class time. Late cancelations or no shows will be charged a $10 fee. No shows also result in the loss of a session.
