About the Event
A 'Sound Journey' is a deeply immersive, full body experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. It is an invitation for deep rest, relaxation and restoration for mind, body and spirit. 'Sound Journey' is our way of describing a sound bath, because receiving a sound bath during rest can take us on a 'journey' to different states of consciousness.
